The product manager will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver and over deliver on our customers’ expectations.
Coordinating across functions to manage the products during each stage of the lifecycle, including, working close with R&D, Marketing & Business Development on new product launch and messaging.
Maintain relationships with customers and collect input and feedback from customers, sales, support teams and focus groups to understand customer needs and translate those needs into actionable requirements.
Build consensus on product decisions, while always representing the voice of the customer.
Actively pulses industry to understand the competitive environment and anticipates market trends and demands.
3+ years of experience in product management for consumer product in a global environment.
Experience in telecommunication field – must.
Experience with consumer electronic devices / gadgets – must.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making – knows how to gather relevant data and digest it into recommendations.
Engineering degree is a must.
Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, highly experienced and capable of working closely with internal and external colleagues / partners.
Customer oriented – must.
Experience in the technical documentation field / engineering documentation.
