Customer / Technical Support – Night/Weekend Shifts

Provide top-notch T2 technical support across a variety of web-based platforms and occasionally over the phone. Ensure client concerns and problems are resolved in a timely manner. Be comfortable in a role working as the authority for a multitude of technical topics.
Must be eligible to work in Israel.
Must have experience in customer service and/or tech support.
English- mother tongue level.
Strong MS Office skills with familiarity of Zen desk preferred (not required).
Must be customer oriented and serviceable.
Available to work 3-5 shifts per week NIGHT hours, Mon – Thu Nights shifts
